Our social mission

Our organization strive to achieve its social mission of fostering the inclusion, protection, training, and social and occupational integration of disadvantaged or unemployed and develop training and retraining programs for employees and freelancers to enable them to acquire the necessary qualifications.

Myèsis ensures employment protection, professional qualification, and support for professional relocation of disadvantaged or unemployed individuals through research, technological development, and training.

Our objectives

  • Ensure job security by providing
employee training opportunities that align with company needs, including
    via innovative digital platforms.
  • Provide adequate support
and assistance to disadvantaged or unemployed individuals to enable them
    to pursue self-entrepreneurial activities.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing training and
work-based programs, including those delivered through digital platforms.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities in finding jobs and training opportunities using innovative digital platforms.
  • Ensure better employment opportunities by offering training and active labour policy interventions even through online learning platforms.

How can we determine if we have achieved our objectives?

We assess our impact on employment protection, assistance and promotion of entrepreneurial activities, and support for the outplacement of disadvantaged and/or unemployed according to three factors:

1.

The effectiveness of interventions for employees, self-employed individuals, unemployed individuals, and disadvantaged individuals, based on the intervention category.

2.

The number of secondary stakeholders (public bodies and private companies) involved in each category of intervention.

3.

User satisfaction, which is measured according to the intervention category throughout standardized questionnaires validated by the scientific community.

The measurement of the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of the services offered by Myèsis, as well as the attainment of its objectives, can be achieved through the application of social research analysis methodologies.
