Funded courses – or lifelong learning education financed by the Joint Interprofessional Funds allow companies to train their employees at no cost. These learning opportunities are offered to companies of all sizes, including one-employee company, as long as they comply with social security contributions.

How they work?

Joint Interprofessional Funds were established by Law 388/2000 as organisations recognised nationally. To them, companies can voluntarily pay a portion of their social security contributions, initially due to the National Institute for Social Security (INPS), to finance training or retraining courses for their employees.

By joining a Joint Interprofessional Fund, companies can provide training to their employees without additional costs, including teachers, tutors, and other expenses associated with the training project.

Which courses are eligible for funding?
